pisogame services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in account suspension.
All bonuses and promotions at pisogame are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions outlined in these Terms.
Any use of prohibited software, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any activity defined under Section 8 of this Agreement as expressly forbidden on the pisogame platform. |
By accessing or using any part of the pisogame platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pisogame Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pisogame with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
To be eligible to register and use pisogame, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one (1) active pisogame account. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. pisogame reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.
4.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for the security of your pisogame login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pisogame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification. pisogame reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source of funds declaration — before processing any withdrawal or approving any bonus. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your pisogame account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending wagering requirements must be satisfied before the account balance is released, unless the closure is associated with a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on pisogame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pisogame does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pisogame currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pisogame's discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pisogame reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ₱200. pisogame endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the completion of KYC requirements. pisogame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pisogame will not accept deposits from third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not been accessed or had any transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pisogame may apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing written notice. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
6.1 pisogame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms as well as specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be disclosed clearly in the promotion terms. Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus is credited will count towards wagering requirements.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. The game contribution schedule applicable to each promotion will be published alongside the promotion terms.
6.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction may apply per round or per spin. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. pisogame reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion with other Players.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All pisogame slot games and non-live casino titles use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical equipment in certified studios, subject to ongoing monitoring.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or system error that affects the normal operation of a game, pisogame reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. pisogame will not honour payouts that result from a verified technical error.
7.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game must be raised with pisogame's support team within 30 days of the disputed event. pisogame's decision, following investigation, shall be final and binding.
7.4 Responsible Wagering. pisogame does not extend credit to Players. You may only wager funds that are currently available in your pisogame wallet. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble within their means.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pisogame platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:
9.1 pisogame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
9.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's wallet balance will be held and will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded.
9.3 Where an account is terminated for cause (including but not limited to Prohibited Conduct under Section 8), pisogame may forfeit all funds held in the account, including any winnings accrued through the prohibited activity.
9.4 Where a Player requests voluntary account closure and no outstanding issues are present, pisogame will process the withdrawal of the remaining balance within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.
10.1 All content on the pisogame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive property of pisogame or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pisogame platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pisogame's intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws and will be pursued accordingly.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pisogame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pisogame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
11.3 pisogame's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pisogame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 pisogame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at pisogame.onl/privacy-policy.
12.2 By using the pisogame platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where separately consented to), and compliance with legal obligations.
12.3 pisogame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, game studios, and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform.
13.1 pisogame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
13.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to make use of pisogame's self-exclusion feature, which can be activated immediately from the Account Settings section of the platform.

13.4 Players under self-exclusion who attempt to circumvent the exclusion — including by opening new accounts — will have any winnings forfeited and deposits returned.
14.1 pisogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pisogame will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Players or through a prominent notice on the platform.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pisogame.onl/terms-conditions. The date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last updated.
14.3 Your continued use of the pisogame platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
15.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 pisogame operates within the framework of PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Philippine market.
